Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond bh55's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bh55 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore availability in a timely manner.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bh55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
